Event Guidelines
Good manners and behavior are highly encouraged. Any rude, unsafe, or questionable actions will result in immediate removal.
Weapon and Ammunition Restrictions and Guidelines
- All weapon types are allowed.
- No multiple projectile rounds or shotshells. Single projectile only.
- No large bore calibers. 308 Winchester and smaller in both diameter and cartridge overall length.
- No armor piercing, steel core (if a magnet sticks to the projectile it is not allowed), green tip, M855, incendiary, or tracer ammunition.
Weapon Safety Rules
- Treat every weapon as if it were loaded.
- Never point your weapon at anything you are not willing to shoot.
- Keep your finger straight and off the trigger until you are ready to fire.
- Keep your weapon on safe until you intend to fire.
- Know your target and what lies beyond and in between.
Firearm Control
- When not shooting firearms need to be unloaded, chamber flag inserted, and set on or in cases and pointed in the safest possible direction. Pistols may be in a holster on the body unloaded with the magazine removed and chamber flag inserted, or slide locked to the rear.
- When transporting firearms to and from the firing line they will be unloaded with the chamber flag inserted and must be immediately pointed down towards the ground before any movement occurs.
- Before movement off the firing line after the completion of an event shooters must have any weapons cleared by a range safety officer before movement occurs.
Range Lateral Limits
- At no point in time may any firearms be pointed to any area outside of the lateral limits

Police call and cleanup
- Police call of brass will be allowed on the distance marksmanship course only.
- Volunteers for cleanup at the end of the event will always be welcomed.
Please prepare yourself and your equipment when you’re ready, make your way to a staging area and get in line to begin.

Expectations of events
- Pistol/Carbine course
- This will be a timed barricade style shoot where the participant will start with their carbine and engage targets moving from cover to cover the close the distance until they can transition to their handgun to finish the shoot. The time stops when the last target is struck.
- Distance 50-15 yards
- Round count for perfect score: 26 rounds
- Distance marksmanship course
- This timed event will have the shooter start standing, quickly transition to a supported position of their choosing, then engage targets across different distances. Time stops when the last target is struck.
- Distance 100-250 yards
- Round count for perfect score: 10 rounds
